Reviews:  “To me this is the perfect entry level device. If you like the concept and are disciplined, then you can fit bit 3upgrade to another device. if you are trying to get a snapshot of what you are doing on a daily basis and how you can make some life and fitness improvements, this device is a perfect way in.”

“I love the ability to log each workout session. With the Flex I felt that my strength training sessions were lost because they weren’t constant hand swinging movements. I can also better track how long my fit bit 2workout sessions were.”

  1. The Fitbit Charge seems like a great wireless activity wristband due not only to the powerful data it can track, but its simplicity as well. I’ve seen a few colleagues at work wearing these and they’ve said they use it mostly to track distance traveled & calories burned. One characteristic you mentioned for this Fitbit jumped out at me: It has the ability to “monitor your sleep automatically and wake with a silent alarm”. This seems pretty awesome and less invasive than your classic, annoying alarm clock. How exactly does this work?

    • Hi there Matt, first off thanks for your visit and feedback on the post. From what I been gathering from online research and first hand views of the FITBIT it seems to work off of heartbeat sensors and body movement. As for setting up the alarm it should be generic, but from the video I noticed for people like me its not that loud of an alarm. Now checking the sleep pattern, I totally agree. That is an amazing function to it, especially how it tracks that you wake up!?! It must monitor with a combination of movement, breathing patterns. Soon they will be able to inform you that you snore, but my wife informs me of that already lol. Thanks again for the visit. Hope that was helpful.

  2. My spouse and i ended up being now ceuhrfel Ervin could round up his basic research through your ideas he grabbed from your very own web site. It is now and again perplexing to simply continually be giving away key points which other people have been selling. And we also realize we have the writer to be grateful to for that. The most important illustrations you’ve made, the simple web site navigation, the friendships you help to instill it’s got many astounding, and it’s really making our son in addition to us reckon that this subject matter is cool, which is certainly extremely serious. Many thanks for everything!
